Hey Everyone

Hope you are really for the weekend. I friend of mine just picked me and my 6year old daughter up and took us to a massive pile of autumn leaves. The child within came out to play. We jumped in them lay in them and had so much fun, it was great fun. My daughter just stood there and looked at us and she didn't want to jump in the leave. hehehe. I must say i needed that. Just to be a kid again.

We need to be free, we hold onto so much rubbish growing up and have too many worries. when last did you jump in a pile of leaves. I dare you to do something fun and child like this weekend. Climb a tree or sit on a swing. free your mind from everything going on around you.

Play hide and go seek, through mud pies..... (not at people). I am not sure if you have found this but life has become way too serious. We need to enjoy ourselves within reason of course. But spend to money on yourself. The weather is perfect to get out the old box of board games and play monopoly for the whole weekend. Hot choc and movies and monopoly.

Have a pj party, watch movies with the family and camp in the lounge and wake up and have a mid night feast. remember how easy it was........... then we became the adults.

Well, i am going to dust off the board games and play. I really hope you all have fun and have an adventure with the family. it is time to have a little fun.

I cant wait to hear what you got up to on the weekend. Lets see who has more fun.

Anyway, over and out, i am off to a ladies conference with some awesome ladies at Cornerstone Church.

Have fun ladies and gents.

Love Vash

Wedding Colours!

Good morning!
What a stunning day we have been presented with today. So what should we chat about today?
I posted something interesting on twitter this morning about the favourite wedding colour that seems to have hit all brides.

Purple is the favourite at the moment. Different shades of purple, which I love! I love purple! And no it isn’t because I am frustrated; it is an inspiring strong colour.

When I got married in 2009 my wedding colour was lavender, I see more and more brides are using bold and bright colours. I recently made a brides wedding invites and her colours were red, purple and silver, they looked fantastic. Her wedding deco was brilliant as well. I only did the stationery, but the colour scheme worked out perfectly form the stationery to the Bridesmaids.

Don’t be afraid of using bold colours, use colours that compliment each other and look fantastic together. I have noticed that brides overseas are using more greens and yellow together. How fresh and stunning.

Winter is a lovely time to get married, most wedding venues are set up for winter weddings (and you might find you get a better price). Colours for winters wedding are stunning, Bring reds and oranges….. Autumn leaves, even a white wedding with snow. Oh wow!!! With bold reds.

Good colours that go together for wedding are:
Bright yellow and lime green
Bright red with orange
Brown and copper
Black and gold
Purple and lime green (shade dependent)
Purple and orange
Orange and green (bright green)
These are just a few off the top of my head, but I will add to them. If you have any colour combo ideas lets hear about them.

Well hope you all have a super day
